First published in 2013, Wake, an eerie horror novel by award-winning New Zealand writer Elizabeth Knox, was released in the UK in March of this year by a favourite publisher of mine, Little, Brown. Since then its popularity has soared, with the book garnering staggeringly positive reviews, featuring terms like ‘creepy’, ‘haunting’ and ‘kept me up at night’, across the board.
I was sent a copy of Wake a few months ago to review (read the review here!) and, now that I’ve read it, I thought I’d pass it on to one of you lucky horror fans!
At the moment the giveaway is open only to those in the UK as I can’t afford to pay international postage, particularly as I plan on running a few of these over the summer. The book is a hefty paperback, running to around 445 pages, and is in pretty good condition since it’s only been through me, suffering some creases to the spine but not really anything beyond this.
